Email AI Ping supportReporting a problem?
It helps to include the AI service (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), Chrome version, AI Ping version, what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot or an error from the extension diagnostics can help, but please don't send private conversation content or other sensitive data.
Quick troubleshooting
- No completion sound: Check that AI Ping is enabled, sound is on, volume is up, and quiet hours or per-tab mute are not suppressing alerts.
- No desktop notification: Enable desktop notifications in AI Ping and allow Chrome notifications in your operating system.
- No response detected: Refresh the affected AI tab after installing or updating AI Ping, then try another response.
- Unexpected tab indicator: Return to the completed tab. If a marker remains stuck, reload that tab and check whether Chrome has updated the extension.
Where to install
Always install AI Ping through its official Chrome Web Store listing. The website does not offer a separate download or ask for payment details.
